Pedro Sousa Pereira was born in Angola in 1966. He studied Social Communication at the School of Journalism in Porto and worked as a journalist at Comércio do Porto. He participated in the founding of Rádio Nova and was part of the newsroom of Rádio Macau. In 1997, at SIC, he was part of the team that founded SIC Notícias. He is currently Managing Editor of Agência Lusa. In the field of music he is author of a record about the years that Xanana Gusmão spent in prison and participated in a work about General Humberto Delgado. He also collaborated on the book José Cousa - La Mirada Incómoda, and participated in the photo album "The Days of Baghdad". In 2006 he illustrated ‘Message’ by Fernando Pessoa.
