To ensure safe delivery of the order and minimize the likelihood of damage to the goods on the way, we use latest packaging technology and individual packaging boxes.

  • Inspection and quality control. Your order will be checked before shipment to fix any problems or defects.
  • Packing. Your order will be packaged for maximum safety and protection during transportation.

After order placement, our manager will contact you to clarify the details. You will be issued an invoice to pay for the order and the product will be reserved in stock. You can pay for the invoice at any bank of Azerbaijan, or via Visa, Mastercard bank card. Cash payment is also possible upon delivery of the order.
Your order will be sent to the transport service for shipment the next day after the payment is received.
Our online store offers several delivery options:

  • pickup from the stock
  • transport company delivery
  • courier service delivery


You can use the courier service to deliver the goods to the address you specified. The courier service will contact you in order to set the delivery time and confirm the address.
Open the package while courier wait, to check the integrity and compliance of the specified configuration. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods, you can return the parcel.
Shipping cost is calculated depending on the distance between the warehouse and the delivery point, on the weight and volume of goods ordered.
Delivery time and costs will be indicated while placing an order.


You can immediately return your order to the courier without giving any explanation (if you are not satisfied with the color, size, assembly or something else).
You can return or exchange the goods purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date of the delivery, with the condition that the product has not been used, the package is not damaged and it does not have cracks or scratches on it.
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to exchange the product or refund your money.
In order to return the product, you have to inform the manager of your order number. In this case, it is necessary to pay only courier's delivery costs.
Return and exchange of goods carried out by transport companies:

  • If the goods are damaged during the delivery carried out by the transport company, we will send you a new product instead or refund your money.
  • If the goods have a factory defect, we will change the product or refund the money and compensate shipping cost.
